FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE OFFICE APPOINTMENTS
$150/hr
Your first appointment includes a personal interview, thorough health history, and physical exam. During the visit, we will review your symptoms, health history and health goals in order to create a comprehensive and individualized plan to address your concerns. You may be given functional laboratory tests to take home and complete at a scheduled time.
REPORT of FINDINGS Visit:
During this visit, I will report the significance of your lab values from a functional perspective. From the report, I will advise you on a personal treatment strategy including targeted nutritional therapies, a food plan, and any appropriate lifestyle changes necessary to help you begin your health repair. I will also discuss follow-up testing and appointments. Follow-up testing allows us to measure your progress and your improved health outcomes. The hourly fee includes an interpretation fee to cover the process of interpreting test results with your previous testing, medical history and symptomology, and when necessary, reviewing the findings with experts at the lab.
$75 (30 minute follow-up office visits)
These visits are appropriate when there is a need to discuss follow-up testing, track progress, and adjust your treatment plan.
$96/Session: Acupuncture and Massage Therapy
(only applicable after initial office visit)
These sessions may include a combination of traditional Chinese therapies including but not limited to acupuncture, moxabustion, cupping, guasha, heat therapy, and therapeutic massage therapy.
House Calls: Please add an additional $50.
